Re: I now longer have the same type of orgasms that I am accostom too. I'm not sure if what you're talking about is related to PCOS or not. I have been dealing with the same problem, but I believe mine is a side effect of the SSRI antidepressant, Celexa. In my attempts to find a solution, I have come across two things that may be helpful. One is the amino acid, arginine, which is known to play a role in vascular health. It supports the sexual arousal process by helping to increase blood supply to the genital area. The other is the antidepressant, Wellbutrin, which is known to increase the intensity of orgasms. I'm very grateful that you raised this important, though personal, issue. Sex isn't everything, but it can be very frustrating when it's not going well. Thanks again.
