I know the feeling you are referring to I think. A few months ago I started having this horrible pain right in the middle where you are describing. My doctor told me it sounded like I was working on an ulcer. So who knows... If you have been stressed out and worried you might consider that. There was no position that would help with the pain. He prescribed Zantac (Rinitidine: generic formula) and it really helped. I don't know if that could be what is wrong with you, but you might mention it. It would be worth a try to get rid of the pain.>
