I was put on prednisone (and glucophage) after I was diagnosed with PCOS. I have had great success with both prednisone and glucophage. I do have people in my family who take much higher doses of prednisone that have had problems with side effects. I'm just curious as to what the dosage is for people that have side effects with prednisone. Thanks.
