Belle,
I had stopped taking the pill five months prior to the spotting. My
first period was four months later, about two weeks ago, and the
spotting started a few days ago. As for the blood tests, I usually have
to fast the night before, and I believe it is only the insulin levels
that are checked. Thanks for the info, and I really appreciate your
