Hi!

I find it interesting that someone said in their post that their itching got better when they started to low carb. I read somewhere recently on the net that many diabetics get itchy between the thighs. If you have PCOS you may not be diabetic but you are probably insulin resistant. If you are doing something for the insulin (low carbing or Met) it may make sense that your itching went away.

If your itching is not caused by IR it could be caused by yeast. I've experienced this before. Like someone else stated, keep the area really clean and hydrocortisone cream on the external areas does help. So does the cream that you buy in the pharmacy for a yeast infection. Just rub some in the itchy area and if it goes away it was probably yeast. God bless! Tera
