Indeed I've woken up with discomfort from being in the same position for too long (bent arms/wrists etc and things that have fallen painfully asleep and gone numb). Who knows?

I It's actually being studied now on whether or not sleep apnea helps contribute to obesity... many people suffered from apnea while young/thin and gained weight as they got older... there are studies saying that the decreased oxygen levels while "asleep" may contribute to a slower metabolism... it's all very promising. Anyway I made an appointment with the sleep specialist for April 3rd so we'll see what we'll see... :)
