I myself have bizarre dreams. My husband who has sleep apnea rarely dreams. He uses a bi-pap machine now at night to make sure he's breathing ok.

Sleep apnea is when you stop breathing at night. His was really really bad when we was first diagnosed. He's much better now but if he sleeps without the bi-pap he can be really really fatigued in the morning.

Sleep studies can often detect other things though that might be causing restless sleep patterns. Good luck!!
