One other thing to think about is sleep apnea. My husband, his dad and my dad all have this. It can totally lead to making you fall asleep constantly, not having much energy - even when you're busy say at work.

I know that this isn't the only cause of being tired but because of all the people I know that have this I'm sensitive to it.
