Abdominal pain is not good. Pain is not normally associated with PCOS. It can be associated with ovulation, endometriosis and occasionally a rupturing cysts but it is not likely to be persistant in the case of ovulation or cysts. This needs to be checked out. I would speak to my GYN, endo and my GP about this if necessary.
