I stay tired all the time. Some days I can't even get the energy to get up and take a shower. Needless to say I am having a heck of a time finding and keeping a job. - Does anyone else have this problem?-I know I am depressed and wander if its the PCOS that is causing me to be tired or the depression-- or is the PCOS causing the depression thats causing me to be tired? - If any of you stay tired a lot is there anything that you do that helps raise your energy level? It seems like all my PCOS symptoms keep getting worse day by day!!! Thanks everyone :)!!! Candi
