I have found Yasmin to be very effective. I am only into the 3rd or 4th month of it. My skin is the clearest it has ever been, and I think my hair is a bit thicker too, which is really great. It hasn't given me mood swings or decreased my sex-drive...so, I would recommend giving it a try. Best of luck. It works for me.
