Dr. Legro is one of the foremost doctors in the area of PCOS. He has been heavily involved in research in the area of PCOS.

Unfortunately, this does not mean that he is a "warm and fuzzy" kind of guy. I do not live in PA, so I have never seen him as a patient (or otherwise), so I can not give an opinion about the behavior. It seems odd that you would feel good about the first visit but not the next. My guess would be time constraints.

I have had a number of doctors who have been wonderful. One of which, I found because of the listings at http://www.pcosupport.org . Another I found by contacting the local PCOS support group.

If you do not feel that your doctor respects you, you have a couple of choices: 1) speak with the doctor about it, see if there is any reason that could cause problems (like overbooking appointments) or 2) see someone else.
