Weight flucutations????????Bloated belly that causes difficulty breathing.From: Barbra (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 18 Mar 2002 17:13:36 -0600 (CST)
Anyone have severe weight flucutations in a day? Morning weight is the correct weight.Right? I drink a glass of water...stomach inflates and I weigh in at approximately four pounds more. This is ludicrous.I weight six pounds more in the afternoon. I haven't the apple shape. My body is in proportion, only the inflating abdomen, which is bothersome. Not just the appearance, but the nagging feeling that I'd like to just take a vaccum and suck some of whatever is in there-OUT! How can I decrease my increasing girth during the day. When I sit...oh god....it is such an uncomforable feeling. The rest of my body is solid...this abdomen is flabby, bloated and freakish looking. Only time it looks somewhat normal is when I first wake up or during my menstral cycle. I know this may sound petty,as alot of women have worse issues than this,(I can only imagine what it feels like to be more overweight),but it interferes with my breathing. Anyone had any success with any type of exercise directly for the abdomen? Crunches don't do it for me....Can't see my feet in the shower.....
