Just thought I would pass on a little on why my dr's and I decided on me having a hysterectomy. I know there might be some people with huge hopes that this will cure your pcos symptoms, because it will not. Of course, I am thrilled to death that I will not have to worry about ever having periods again, but the main reason we went through with it, was plain and simple pain. I was having unrelievable pain before, during, and after my periods, as well as during and after intercourse. My dr's did everything they could to try and relieve the pain, but in the end, hysterectomy was my only option. It may not be for everyone, so if I were you, please do a lot of research before you ever considere it. As always, this is my own opinion and we all don't half to agree, just wanted to share my thoughts and experience on the subject! byee for now everyone!
