I haven't ever really thought about it, but since I was 15 (the first time I was diagnosed as having a cyst on one of my ovaries), I have suffered with upset stomach. Sometimes it is worse than others. Actually when I was 15, (at the same doctor's appointment) the doctor thought I was pregnant (but I wasn't having sex) because of the nausea and vomiting. It has been going on since then. Humm..maybe something for us to look into.
