Belle: Could you please explain what the correlation is between nausea and carbs? I think I also may have noticed a correlation between nausea/burping/acid stomach and carbs -- but what I don't understand is -- *why*???? I also had to use one of the acid reflux medications to get my nausea/burping/acid stomach under control again. What is it about the carbs that cause this problem? Does that mean we are carb intolerant? Is this related to PCOS or can one have this problem regardless of PCOS? Also, what is this about Farinetta? If we purchase buckwheat bran or soy lecithin at the natural food market, will this take care of the pcos/insulin resistant problem? Thanks Belle, I eagerly await your answer.
