Not so! I have quite pronounced IR and have also struggled with hypoglycemia all my life. It's my understanding that many women with IR have hypoglycemia, somehow related to the high insulin levels (although you'd think that when your blood sugar got to normal, the insulin would shut off! I guess not in my body :( )

I don't know if this means anything to you with your tests or anything, but I thought I'd point it out.
