Hi, Thanks do your response. I will keepabreast about this thing called PCOS as a matter of fact I am tellingmy sister in law about this.. I now "Know she has the same symptoms"...

LOw carb's.. I did say that I would do what I need to do to get healthy... oh my goodness. life without pasta, bread, cereal.. the way I eat it.. Nabisco bakery is not far from where I am and the factory who makes all kinds of wonderful things captivates me each time I drive by. the smell of the bread or yeast just really takes me for a loop. I just could inhale the aromas all day long.

Because of my weight...350.. I can not go on the pill doc doesn't think it is a good idea.Family history of stroke in my family. Father had several.

I will get back to you about what the doc says on monday.

Blessings.... At Fri, 15 Mar 2002, tera wrote: >
