Hi Crystal. I just started taking Met a few days ago and have had some side effects, but nothing compared to what some women are going through. I was rx'd 500mg 2x a day. I take the first pill while eating breakfast, and the second while eating dinner. The only problems I have are loss of appetite, a sick feeling in my stomach, and gas. (sorry) :) These things usually begin about an hour after I've taken the pill, and last for a few hours after that. I don't find myself being any more tired than I was before. In fact, I actually seem to be a bit less tired and feel as though I've been in a better mood lately. (I don't know if that's the met helping, or if I'm just happy to be on the road to a healthier me!) Anyway, you really need to try it for yourself because we are all different, and the only true way to know if it will work for you is to just go for it. Hope everything works out!! Christie Jackson

I am started on Met in about 2 weeks. After reading all these post, I am scared to try it. Can anyone tell me that they have had good results on Met? Or can anyone tell me they have not had these horrible side effects? Please inform me. Thanks in advance.

Crystal
