Re: Any side effects to Yasmin 28?

I was on Yasmin from August to December of last year. I have tried other brands of ocps in the past and NONE of them made me as moody as the Yasmin. I ended up talking to both my doctor and a psychologist, they both thought that my depression and moodiness could be due to the Yasmin. I went off of it and almost immediately felt better. I am now on Microgestin FE which I have not had any problems with. It could be your daughters age, I know I taught 7th and 8th grade, or it could be the Yasmin. Maybe there is another pill for her?

I JUST SWITCHED FROM TRIVORA, WHICH I WAS ON FOR 4 YEARS TO YASMINE.
THE ONLY SIDE EFFECT I HAVE ARE BREAST TENDERNESS, AND BLOATING.
OFCOURSE THAT IS COMMON WITH ANY BCP BUT ITS ONLY IN THE LAST CYCLE OF
ACTIVE PILLS. IT GOES AWAY IN ABOUT 3 - 4 DAYS.
