It would be up to you but as someone who has worked with diabetics and seen what it is like not to be able to get up and go to the bathroom for yourself because of fresh amputations, has worked with people with heart disease and seen how difficult it can be to walk across the room, and has worked in the OR when cancer cells were found, I can tell you that, for me, a little bit of fatigue that will probably go away in a few weeks beats a lifetime of disability.
