This is a superb list, thanks Barbara, but can I add as an aromatherapist that you must be ever so carefull about mixing these oils. They are extremely potent and powerfull and should be treated with respect.

If you want to bath with oils, add a few dropps of your chosen oils to a SMALL amount of milk and add to a hot and steamy bath, lie back and relax. However do not bath in the oils if you are medicated and unsure of the affect that the oils will have on them without consulting a doctor/ nurse

They are a superb and theraputic method of healing
