Because you're taking XR, when you up your dose, you can take all of your pills for the day at one time. They are in extended release form for that reason. Also, the XR is supposed to be much gentler on the stomach, so hopefully it will go well!

I *think* (maybe someone else can chime in?) I remember reading in the prescribing info that it's best to take it with dinner. Take it with food, regardless. Good luck with it!
