I'm not on them right now, myself, so I won't answer for the people who are; but to my knowledge everyone here takes them for either depression or anxiety. Whether or not those two things are related to PCOS is up for dabate - it would, in some ways, make sense that they were, but there's no clinical evidence as of yet to show that. I don't believe there's any reason to take them if you don't suffer from mental health worries.
