Re: Birth Control Pills

Well, all of these bcp messages make me wonder something. SInce I have been on the pill, I have been ridiculously tired after dinner. It's like as soon as I eat something I feel like I have taken 3 benadryl. I could immediately go to sleep or black out and I get a headache. Is that weird? My endo has said that my insulin levels are within normal range, although I couldn't really tell you what they are, but he said that I don't need to low carb too much (just don't go overboard) or go on glucophage. So I'm wondering if the bcp could affect how I metabolize sugar in any way. Would this also cause the rapid weight gain I have been experiencing? I have gained 7 pounds in one month, despite eating less and exercising for an hour 4 times per week. So strange!!!

Advice, thoughts, suggestions???
