With PCOS there is usually a dominance of MALE hormones, not estrogen. But in any case with PCOS our hormones are out of whack. You should absolutely never ever take hormones on your own. Get your hormone levels tested and then determine if you need supplementation and from there which supplementation to use. Suggest you pick up "Women, weight and Hormones" by Elizabeth Vliet, MD. Natural does not equal safe, moreover, there are absolutely no regulations as to what is called "natural".
