Hi Anna!

In the Atkins New Diet Revolution book he has a few pages in the back of the book that list the carbohydrate levels of many different foods so you can easily chart out your menus based on carb amounts. I have found it to be extremely helpful and I base all of my meals on these lists so that I can calculate my carb intake for the day. The book is available in paper back and is cheap. I hope you have success! God bless! Tera
