Re: When gallbladder stones attack!From: Jennie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 28 Feb 2002 14:13:30 -0600 (CST)
Hi Jennifer I am on the internet this evening trying to find a bit more information on the gallbladder?. I came across your message on a webpage about your gallstone attack. I am 30 years of age and on and off for about 6 years I have been getting discomforth from just under my boob area in the centre or a better way to discribe maybe would be to say in the centre of the rib cage area, its a hard area to discribe really. I have today seen my doctor as I am now at the end of my teather, (fed up) he is writing to my local hospital to arrange an ultra sound, as what i have discribe sounds like gallstones, he also said that my gallbladder wasn't in the right place? what ever that means? When I crouch up into a ball the discomforth disappears, but if I am sat up or standing up the discomforth is there, almost like what ever is inside of me doesn't fit and is being stretched. I would be most grateful if you could let me know if any of what I have discribed sounds familiar to you. And would love to hear how you are getting on, as the date on the website is 18 Apr 2000 which is almost 2 years ago. :-) Thanks you for your time, take care - Jen Hesmondhalgh
