sorry Belle,I just figured that out after going to the site again last night.

Our problems here in Canada are ;that healthcare is paid for...tests and all,but doctors are having to put a lead foot down to save money. It has become a tragedy here in parts of Canada.Waiting for the tests,,,,lack of doctors, and lack of tecnicians. >I do have a question for you: are you talking about DHEAs (as in

Hmm,,all I know is he said it is DHEA"S period. Not the latter in MGs. I am seeing a specialist for this DHEA problem.NOw I am confused once again.... He said it is an adrenaline problem.I didn't know there was a difference.I think it's time I did more research, rather than ask these silly questions before I post.I know about having a hard time determining the test results. They are somewhat different here in Canada.I got them from my doctor to post on this site for info from you women.Actually,he is going to get on this site to answer a few questions soon.He likes the advice that some of you women give out!I guess I am just trying to reap all he info that I can. That is what he told me to do.They did suspect adrenaline tumour....but after forgoing tests for that,it was ruled out...but then again...no scans at all.Itis my rapid heartbeat that I was told is caused by my elevated DHEA"S...they were also contributing some of that to my thyroid abnormalites that tend to change every so often.I supppose that lupus has alot to do with abnormal blood tests..or so,that is what I am told.

Ahh,how co-incidenal....all my cousins are either doctors or nurses....most haven't a clue about PCOS.MY cousin has a website....he is a teaching doctor,as his brother is almost finishing the course now.If you look up Robert Schurko on the web(Schurko is my maiden name),you can see his site.He is a biochemist,(he teaches)unfortunately, not here in Winnipeg to help me.My other cousin is here in Winnipeg as well, but has not much time to answer my so called ridiculous questions about PCOS>....he thinks it's an excuse for a disease and I could kill him!
