for a woman in her mid twenties who is other wise healthy, a normal insulin level is <10. but your reading will generally be cosidered normal by most labs and doctors. however, it should be noted that since you were on such a low carb diet, your reading is not accurate to your natural state. you should not low carb for three days before a IGTT or a fasting insulin test to insure an accurate reading.
