My fasting insulin level was 14.6 (this was on an EXTREMELY low carb diet) I believe this is a normal reading, am I correct? Also, when I explained to my Doc. about having extreme nightime cravings for sweets and that I was even being awoken by them, he looked at me strangly. Has anyone else had this problem?
