Can someone please refresh my memory about stiff/aching legs and feet in the am?From: TJ (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 27 Feb 2002 15:23:24 -0600 (CST)
I searched the archives the best I can but I still can't find the info I thought I saw posted here a few months ago.. Maybe someone else remembers it? I have been waking up with the lower parts of my legs and my feet very stiff and achy. In general my whole body is stiff and achy in the morning. My feet are also very swollen to the point that they are very painful to walk on when I get out of bed. I can't figure out what this could be or what could be causing it but it's beginning to really bug me. Anyone have any clue what this could be from? Is it something I should see a doctor about? I have been noticing lately that my socks fall down into my sneakers as the day goes on because my shoes end up getting so loose; I will have to always re-tie my laces to tighten my shoes up and fix my "quitters" (socks that won't stay up!). I could see someone's feet being swollen at the end of the day, but isn't it strange that it should happen after having been sleeping and get less swollen as the day goes on? And what could be making them ache so much?? I feel so old.. If anyone has any ideas I would gladly appreciate any input! Thanks! Tracy
