Flaxseed is suppose to be very good for you. I've been using flax meal for several weeks, it's suppose to be even better because it has fiber and other stuff. You can buy the meal or you can buy the seed and grind it in a coffee grinder (dedicated for the purpose). I add it to salads, fruit, oatmeal.

I can't say that I've noticed any immediate differences, but I am not a fish lover so it's the only way I'm going to get Omegas other than a pill.

For hairloss you should get your ferritin levels checked, they should be between 50-90 for optimal health and for a full head of hair.

There are also hormonal issues that can cause hairloss problems.
