Hi

Welcome. Yep that PMS can be a real nasty. I find that evening primrose oil helps, as does Karva Karva (although you cant take it if you are taking bcp) but it can make some people a little hypo. I have just come out of a 2 week pms blues, boy it is like the clouds have parted. PMS is a realy pain in the behind, pardon the pun, my speacialist has recommended a slightly higher intake of complex carbs when i am Pre-mens as it should help the blues he hopes. Fennel tea helps with fluid retention, tastes yuck but helps me and it is sort of refreshing. Met has really helped me, and many other women on this board, there is loads of info on it in the archives. Good luck, and i hope that this is of some help. Take care ((hugs)) Mel
