I am not sure what you are talking about. Are you talking about the procedure where the ovarian cysts are punctured with a laser (ovarian drilling)? Are you talking about a procedure to ensure that there are no physical problems? Can you give a little more information? You can do a search on this site to see if anyone else has asked or commented about the particular procedure.

Are you doing anything about the PCOS? Getting the PCOS under control could greatly help you with your conception problems.
