Re: To those who have experienced Weight Loss with Glucophage--need info

It seemed that I lost 3 pounds within a few days (and felt a great deal better --less reactive hypoglycemia) since then it has been slow, it's now about 15 pounds since late October/early November.

However, when I exercise I notice more weight loss.

I have taken a pause from exercising and I have been maintaining my weight, but not really losing (it seems).

Prior to the glucophage, I ate 1600 calories a day and worked out 1-2 hours (including strength training) and could not lose weight at all.

This has been my experience, other's have had different experiences.

Hope this helps.
