I know that someone responded to your request once before and I can appreciate your frustration but you need to take a different approach to get off on the mailing list.
You need to go to http://forums.obgyn.net/pcos/ . Below the listing of the months that are available for veiwing, you will find rules. At the bottom of this listing (just above the search area), you will find information about how to correctly unsubscribe from the forum. By clicking on this area, I am sure that you can correct the problem you are having.
