Thanks for answering my post SusieQ. I looked up info on Acanthosis
Nigricans on some medical sites and was definitely grateful that my
condition was not as severe as most. I've been on Glucophage 1000mg
2x/day and the coloring has lightened from previously but it is still
there. Thanks again for your info...I will definitely continue to be
persistent with the doctors on the IR issue.
