Hey Belle! THANKS! I started it ( 1 pill per day). The doc told me to slowly get up to 3 per day but to take my time. I figure by next month it should be consistent.

Let me ask you, when the doc says stick to a "low-carb" diet, I find it hard to believe that eating meats ( proteins) milks etc... can be all that healthy. I mean, I low carbs but slowly as I don't eat much of them, I am not craving them.

I try to work out 4 times a week and this low carb thing I am hoping will help. What do you think is the best way for people with IR to eat and to go about losing weight?
