This isn't a mailing list, but an online forum. You must be subscribed
somehow to receive all of the posts as emails, ugh! That's way too many
to deal with daily for sure!
Go to the main website, http://forums.obgyn.net Scroll down a bit, past
the big purple and blue buttons to read and post notes. You will find a
bullet list there and the list item on the list should be about
subscribing and unsubscribing (getting the posts by email) Click there
to change it.
