I have no idea what my prolactin levels are so I can't answer your question. It was just something I noticed. You could try it. If you plan on taking 50 mg of zinc for an extended period of time, you should add a little copper to your diet (or you could take a lower dose of zinc like 45 mg) because the zinc could mess up your zinc-copper balance.
