Hi! I mentioned at a chat this week that 50 mg of Zinc daily really helps me not be irritable. Well, I think I found out why. I was looking in a book about herbs and supplements and looked at zinc. It seems that 50 mg zinc and 100mg B6 (I take the B6 to increase zinc absorbance) is a homeopathic method of reducing prolactin levels. Missy
