My husband takes Sam-e for his ADD and is much happier on it than he was
on retalin - another stimulant. Sam-e is basically a precursor to
neurotransmitters. If he doesn't take his Sam-e and vitamins I start
thinking about divorce (just kidding) but it does make a tremendous
difference and it will not, so far as I know, interfere with IR/PCOS.
