I have been going to an accupuncturist/herbalist for less than two months and have seen improvements with my menstrual cycle. At my first visit I was told that the teas (herbs) would have the greatest effect. I think it depends a lot on the person, the condition and the approach. It seems like it really needs to be more personalized than western medicine. Did you try more than one?
