About Effexor - I have heard people using it to help sleep with fibromyalgia, which is now something I think I have, since I am always hurting in one way or the other for no apparent reason. Like right now, my left bicep feels like I pulled it and I did no such thing, and that elbow hurts when I set it on the chair arm and I know I did not bruise it. Take that along with the sensitivities I have to various body parts being poked and prodded and the walking dead thing syndrome I have every morning... well... it's a possibility I'm going to discuss with my dr. I have trouble sleeping is the main thing, and my sleep is not restful.

Someone on another forum said they take a very small dose of Effexor before going to bed, and wake up feeling quite refreshed. Small as in 25 mg or so while the anti-depressent doseage is somewhere around 250 mg..?? that's what she said, so I am going off her information here. I am willing to try just about anything at this point that could possibly make me feel refreshed in the morning.
