Hi Barbra,

I'm not actually sure what the herbal remedies contain. They are chinese herbal tablets and mainly dieretics but I was given some to bring the period on and they worked. I try to look them up on the internet wnhen I am given them but because they are all from China, the information is very rarely in English.

My acupuncturist says she has helped many people with PCOS (I can't beli ve how common it is now). It is a tricky condition to treat because there are so many symptoms. She is mainly focusing on my hormones, ovaries, menstrual cycle and the depression. I guess the excess hair etc is something that will (hopefully) go when the other things have been treated. Who knows ? It may work - it may not.

Anyway, unfortunately, I have not had any responses from men. My 'phwoars' have been in secret. But things are looking up - at least I am interested again !!

I think the weather helps too - I am definitely more 'springy' now the sun is shining a bit !!

Bye for now

Gemma
