Hi Ladies, Just to give you an update on how I've been getting on with acupuncture and herbal remedies ... I had my first period in 6 months last week !!!!!! I was so excited, I phoned all my friends to share the news. It was very heavy and uncomfortable but I felt a little bit normal again. I have also been extremely hormonal. I've had mad mood swings and suddenly I am attracted to every man I meet. I keep nudging my friends and saying 'Phwoar' a lot !! What can I say ? I am a slave to my hormones !!! For the past year I have been pretty numb to any kind of emotions (think that's due to anti-depressants and counselling) so it's quite a nice change in a way to suddenly have all these feelings - even if they are a little irrational. I have now had 4 sessions of acupuncture and have been taking herbal meds aswell and the lady who does it is confident that she can help although it will take some time as the condition is so complicated. I will let you know if I start seeing any other results. Bye for now Gemma
