I was very thin in my 20's (though I had other PCOS symptoms) and didn't
start gaining till my mid-20's and now weigh over 240 lbs. I have never
had stomach pain as a PCOS symptom, I don't recall ever seeing it listed
as a PCOS symptom either. I suppose some of the things PCOS causes
could lead to stomach pain but in and of itself I don't believe it is
indicitive of PCOS.
