I used to have a 5:00 shadow beard. I started spiro, and it helped. I could make it to bedtime, or the next morning, without too much stubble. Then I low-carbed, and it helped more. Then I added Vaniqa, and I barely have anything the next morning, and often can go 48 hours. This weekend, I went 3 days with barely anything.

I waxed my lip (haven't had to in over a year--just pluck a few strays every few months). I shave daily (usually).
