Hi Jessica,

That is a really low dosage of Spiro. I don't know how far out of 'whack' your testosterone is, but you may not see an improvement on that dosage. If you are still handling it well, at your next visit you might discuss the pros/cons of upping your dose with the Dr.

Aha, I kind of thought that might be the purpose of the antibiotics. Do you have cycstic acne?

Have you researched Metformin/Glucophage at all? Did your Dr. happen to mention it? Even if you're not insulin resistant (but it's believed most PCOS women are) it can be helpful. Personally, I can't tolerate it but many women on here are taking it successfully.
